Pets Are Welcome Too 🐾

Have a dog, cat or another four-legged member of the family? That's absolutely fine. Jade is more than happy to work around your pets when she comes to clean.

Pets are part of the family

Jade has a cat (Mittens) herself, so she understands that pets are simply part of everyday family life.
In fact, if work and family commitments weren't already keeping her busy enough, she'd probably have a dog too!
So having pets shouldn't put you off booking a clean.
Whether you've got a dog who wants to know exactly what Jade is doing, a cat who likes to supervise from a safe distance, or a pet who couldn't care less that someone's cleaning their house, Jade is happy to work around them.

Some pets like to help

Of course, not every pet sees a cleaner as someone who should be left alone to get on with the job.
Some want to investigate the cleaning bag.
Some follow you from room to room.
And some seem particularly interested in whatever you're trying to clean.
Jade doesn't mind.
If your pet is happy to wander around while she works, that's absolutely fine.
If they're likely to get under her feet or make a dash for an open door, they can simply be kept safely in another room while the cleaning is being done.
The important thing is that everyone is comfortable and safe.

And then there's the hoover...

Jade's cat has worked out the perfect cleaning strategy:

Sometimes pets are perfectly happy to have Jade around, but the sound of the hoover is a completely different matter.
And that's absolutely fine.
Every pet is different, and Jade is happy to work around them.

You don't need to apologise for having pets

Sometimes people worry that their home isn't suitable for a cleaner because they have pets.
There's no need to.
Jade understands that homes are lived in.
Pets shed hair.
They leave toys around.
They occasionally make a mess.
That's life.

Jade isn't expecting to walk into a completely empty, perfectly staged house. She's there to help you keep your home clean and comfortable while you get on with everything else life throws at you.

Just let Jade know

If there is anything Jade needs to know about your pet, just tell her.
Maybe your dog needs to stay in one particular room.
Perhaps your cat is an escape artist.
Maybe there's a nervous pet that doesn't like strangers.
Or perhaps your pet will happily follow Jade around for the entire clean.
Whatever the situation, knowing beforehand means Jade can work around it.

Pets are welcome.

They're part of your home and your family, and Jade is more than happy to work around them.
Just don't expect her to employ them as unpaid cleaning assistants. 🐾
